Shipping Policy

At On the Road Photography, each print is made to order and fulfilled by WhiteWall, a world-renowned fine art print lab. We are committed to providing you with a smooth and reliable delivery experience.

Production Time
All prints are made to order. Production typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on the print format and selected materials.

Shipping Time
Once your print has been produced, it is carefully packaged and shipped by WhiteWall. Shipping times vary by destination:

• United States & Canada: 5–7 business days

• Europe: 2–5 business days

• International: 7–10 business days

Shipping Carriers
WhiteWall uses trusted carriers such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS. Carrier selection may vary depending on your region and the print size.

Tracking Information
You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary based on your location, the size of your print, and the selected print format.

Packaging
All prints are securely packaged by WhiteWall to ensure safe delivery. Larger or delicate formats may be shipped flat or rolled in reinforced tubes, depending on the product.

International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to international orders. These charges are not included in our pricing.

Shipping Issues or Delays
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work directly with WhiteWall to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
