Welcome to On the Road Photography. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview
On the Road Photography (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers fine art photographic prints and digital downloads for personal enjoyment and private display. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchases.

2. Intellectual Property
All images, text, logos, and content on this site are the exclusive property of On the Road Photography and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.

3. Personal Use License
When you purchase a print or digital download, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. This means you may display the work in your home or personal space but may not use it commercially, reproduce it, or distribute it in any form.

4. Commercial Licensing
Select digital downloads may be available for commercial use under a separate commercial license. If you purchase a commercial license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the image for approved commercial purposes, including marketing materials, websites, and printed collateral. Redistribution, resale, or inclusion in products for resale (e.g., templates, prints, merchandise) is not permitted without express written consent. Commercial licenses will be clearly indicated and priced accordingly.

5. Order Fulfillment
All prints are made to order and fulfilled by WhiteWall, a third-party print lab. Orders typically take 5–7 business days for production, with delivery within 10–14 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

6. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Because each piece is custom-made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. If your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and item.

7. Digital Downloads
Digital downloads are non-refundable. All digital products are for personal use only unless accompanied by a commercial license. They may not be shared, resold, or altered for redistribution.

8. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is collected, used, and protected.

9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of those changes.
